Compliance Manager

Job Type: Full-time – Employed
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 dependent upon qualifications & experience
Location: Derby

Essential requirements of the role:
• The candidate must hold full the CeMAP qualification or equivalent
• Previous experience of a T&C/Compliance Supervision role is ideal or experienced within a previous advisor role.
• Knowledge of FCA Regulation
• Excellent communication, PC and literacy skills

Objectives of the role:
• Responsibility for overall Compliance of the Network to protect the business against risk
• Supporting & training advisors to achieve Compliant cases
• Input into systems & process changes that affect Compliance
• Overseeing the Sales Quality Reviewers

Sales Quality Reviewer

Job Type: Full-time – Employed
Salary: £18,000 to £24,000 dependent upon qualifications & experience
Location: Derby

We have exciting opportunities within our compliance team and are now seeking additional Sales Quality Reviewers to join our team. This team is integral to protecting our business against risk as well as providing an important support function to Advisers and Business Owners.

Essential requirements of the role:
• Either experience of working within a compliance function, advising within a regulatory role or previous Para Planning position
• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail, possess good communication skills, and be able to work as part of a team
• The successful candidate would ideally hold full CeMAP or equivalent or willingness to obtain CeMAP status
• An good understanding of the house buying process

Objectives of the role:
• Conducting Sales Quality Reviews: Assessing advice documentation, providing feedback to individuals & Business Owners and ensuring that remedial actions are completed within required timescales
• Contribute to management information on sales quality and issues to help identify trends
• Provide a second line of support to Advisers, Business Owners & Compliance Manager on process & policy queries

Mortgage & Protection Administrator

Job Type: Full-time – Employed
Salary: £14,560 to £18,000 dependent upon qualifications & experience
Location: Derby

Essential requirements of the role:
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience as a full or part time mortgage administrator or a Sales Negotiator within an Estate Agency
• Experience and knowledge of the house buying process
• Excellent communication, PC and literacy skills

Objectives of the role:
• Escalate the administration process for mortgages and related insurance
• Accurately record progress
• Keep all interested parties fully updated
• Ensuring all required paperwork is scanned and all compliance documents are obtained

Trainee Mortgage & Protection Administrator

Job Type: Full-time – Employed
Salary: £11,024 to £14,560 basic dependent upon age, qualifications & experience
Location: Derby

• Able to demonstrate excellent attention to detail

• Previous Customer Service experience preferred

• Ideally recent experience in whole of market mortgage broking

Objectives of the role:
• Establishing the customers’ requirements and providing a satisfactory products to fit their needs.
• Providing clients with illustrations, completing and issuing all necessary paperwork to confirm the clients understanding of the advice given.

Trainee Mortgage & Protection Adviser

Salary: Market Leading Commission plus basic salary for employed trainee advisers

Essential requirements of the role:
• Recently CeMAP or equivalent qualified or have a willingness to obtain the CeMAP qualification
• Customer Service experience

Objectives of the Role:
• Responsible for pre-screening enquiries
