Since setting up the franchise, Finance Advice Centre Castle Donington have recruited two more advisors. Sohaib Gill – a West Midlands based Mortgage & Protection Advisor and local resident Simon Marsden who is a Mortgage & Protection Advisor.
Before getting into the industry Lee was a director of an inland marina in Hinckley for 5 years.
Lee got into the mortgage industry in May 2015, with having a passion for numbers it seemed a logical choice. After meeting Matt C on a rainy April Afternoon at the Head Office in Derby his heart was set on joining the company. Since that day he hasn’t looked back, with the help and support from the Training & Development manager he went from strength to strength.
After much thought and deliberation, it was decided Castle Donington was the place to continue their own adventure. With Castle Donington continuing to grow our aim is to grow in the community and make a positive impact on the village and the people who work within it.
